About Rosalind
My Approach

My approach invites you to slow-down and listen to your inner world in order to make sense of how you relate to yourself and others.

I am interested in life stages and life transitions and the struggles these may bring, including young adulthood, relationship decisions, the route to parenthood or not, infertility, finding meaning in life, mid-life, caring for others, loss and bereavement. Whilst talking to me about what matters to you, I hope you will start to make sense of your personal history.

Therapy can help shape intergenerational patterns creating change within both your family and the relational legacy you leave behind.

What to expect

Once you have been in touch I will let you know about the spaces I have available and if any of these are suitable we can then arrange an initial consultation.
The initial consultation is an opportunity to meet, speak about what you want from therapy and get a feel for what a session with me would be like. It is also an opportunity for me to check that I can help support you.

Fees

I offer online or in-person sessions on weekdays between 9-3. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Individual, weekly psychotherapy session: £60

Location

I am located in Hemingford Grey, within easy reach (by car) of St Ives, Huntingdon and surrounding villages on the A1307

Normally in the week I will respond within 24 hours. At weekends or during holidays this may take longer.

My practice is located in a private, village setting in a dedicated, ground floor room in my home where I can provide complete confidentiality. The room is spacious and well-ventilated. There is one step to reach the front door.

Get in Touch

I warmly and gently invite you to book an assessment with me by contacting me below. It's quite normal to have a few questions so please feel free to make contact.
